  • The Data Controller for your data is Grandeur.

  • The Company's employees and partners process your data. The aforementioned parties are bound by confidentiality clauses.

  • We may transmit your data to third party service providers, who collaborate with us for the provision of services to you, according to our Terms of Use .

  • Respond.io, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, which provides us with a customer engagement platform through which we communicate with customers via chat channels.

  • Epsilon Net, based in 350 Syngrou Avenue, 176 74 Kallithea, Athens, Greece which provides us with an integrated computerized organization and company operations management solution (Pylon ERP).

  • Squarespace, Inc., based in 225 Varick Street, 12th Floor, New York, NY 10014, USA, which hosts our platform.

  • Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, based in One Wilton Park, Dublin, D02 FX04, Ireland, which acts as our payment service provider in cases we send you a link for direct payment.

  • FareHarbor B.V., based in Vijzelstraat 66–80, 1017 HL Amsterdam, Netherlands, which provides us with our booking engine.

  • WhatsApp LLC, based in 1 Meta Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA, which we use for instant messaging communication purposes.

We may also share certain personal data for operational purposes with our affiliated company “ALLINBLUSIVE MONOPROSOPI I.K.E.”, registered under Greek law (no. 131503005000), Tax Identification Number 800599575, with its registered office at 15 Drosini G. Street, 54644 Thessaloniki, Greece, which acts as an Independent Data Controller. The sharing of such data is governed by a Data Sharing Agreement between the two companies.

Why do we process your personal data and on which basis?

  • To provide you with our Services, in accordance with the Terms of Use , in order to perform the contract between us;

  • To provide you with the option to apply for a Service we provide or to register as Member, based on the precontractual stage we are in;

  • To contact you following your request, based on our legitimate interests to provide the best possible experience to the users of our Website;

  • To receive any comments and questions and to respond to you following your contact, either to perform the contract between us - if any - or based on our legitimate interests in providing information to you;

   For how long do we retain your data?

  • If you apply for the provision of our Services, we will retain your data for 5 years subsequently to the conclusion of the provision of the Services to you for potential legal purposes;

  • If you pay us directly, we will retain your data for 20 years in order to comply with the applicable tax legislation;

  • If you register as a Member, we will retain your data until you choose to delete your account;

  • If you send us any communication, we will keep it until you ask us to delete it.
